The target group of the foundation are cerebrally paralyzed children, adolescents and adults residing in the area of the canton of Basel-Stadt and its closer region on Swiss territory, as well as institutions and facilities that serve this group of people. With the exception of bridging loans, the foundation may not provide any services that fall within the remit of federal, cantonal or communal organizations, institutions, insurance companies, etc. This also applies to private organizations etc. with a government mandate.
