The foundation supports and promotes public and charitable activities in the areas of public education and training, science and research, art, cultural and religious institutions, and popular sports. It may also grant scholarships and interest-free loans for studies and training to individuals whose financial resources are insufficient for this purpose. The foundation's purpose also encompasses social welfare, particularly for the poor, sick, elderly, and infirm, as well as supporting institutions that themselves pursue public or charitable objectives.
