The Foundation's objectives are: a) to operate its own staff restaurants, primarily for the benefit of HUBER+SUHNER AG employees; b) to support the training and continuing education of HUBER+SUHNER AG employees, their family members, and other individuals experiencing financial difficulties; c) to support HUBER+SUHNER AG employees and apprentices in financial restructuring, as well as in the areas of leisure activities, housing, or similar areas; d) to support charitable, non-profit, and cultural endeavors in the catchment area of HUBER+SUHNER AG's main locations, as well as other locations of the HUBER+SUHNER Group. The Foundation's assets and income may not be used to provide any benefits to which the company is legally obligated or which it customarily pays as compensation for services rendered (e.g., cost-of-living allowances, family and child allowances, bonuses, etc.).
