promote the fields of insurance and health in general, including its promotion and prevention; the foundation is empowered to take any action to achieve its goals; it is authorized to provide, for a specific purpose, support to people who are insured with insurers owned or administered directly or indirectly by the foundation and who require financial or other assistance in the field of health, its promotion or its prevention; it is also authorized to provide support, for a specific purpose, to companies which are clients of insurers owned or administered directly or indirectly by the foundation and which are concerned about the health of their employees by using the programs of these insurers; in addition, it can support actions aimed at safeguarding a liberal health system and provide incentive funds in the entire health field, including promotion, prevention, research and education; it can hold and manage the share capital of Groupe Mutuel Holding SA, which it will constitute with the aim of ensuring the stability and continuity of the group; it can acquire stakes in other companies and manage investments; it has a character of public utility and does not pursue any profit; it constitutes reserves allowing it to continue to pursue the purpose of the foundation from the income from these provisions, in the event of a prolonged absence of contributions of resources; within the framework of the fixed goals, the foundation can work on all the Swiss territory and abroad

Specification of the objective

The mission of the Incentive Fund is to support people, institutions, associations or other entities, who work for health in Switzerland. Through a financial donation, the Groupe Mutuel Foundation intends to support particularly useful prevention, promotion, research or teaching actions in the field of health. Groupe Mutuel supports popular sporting events across Switzerland. Committed to youth, the foundation gives the opportunity to raise funds for young hopefuls in our country. Groupe Mutuel is joining this initiative, sponsoring ten sportspeople throughout Switzerland each year.
