Mission
.) The purpose of the foundation is to secure the provision for the beneficiaries from the income and – in accordance with the provisions of this deed and any supplementary deed – also from the principal of the foundation's assets, through the use, management, and exploitation of the assets dedicated to the foundation, as well as the long-term preservation and promotion of the companies in which the foundation has a direct or indirect interest. Furthermore, the foundation may establish collections (e.g., art, vehicles, jewelry) of any kind.
.) The foundation is authorized to enter into all transactions necessary and beneficial for the preservation and increase of the foundation's assets, in particular to receive donations, incur liabilities, sell parts of the foundation's assets, and manage the foundation's assets. No commercial enterprise will be operated.
.) The foundation's purpose may also be pursued by establishing another foundation, a trust, or a similar asset pool under the law of Liechtenstein or another legal system. This measure requires the consent of the founder, Lukas Kurzmann, as long as he is capable of exercising this right in accordance with Section 4, Paragraph 4. Thereafter, it requires the unanimous consent of the advisory board. The same applies to a relocation of the foundation's registered office to another legal system, provided that the foundation's purpose is maintained.
.) The foundation may therefore participate as a co-founder, founder, or settlor in the establishment of further foundations or similar institutions with the same, similar, or different purpose and transfer parts or all of the foundation's assets to the co-established foundation or similar institution. In doing so, care must be taken to ensure that the assets remaining with the foundation can satisfy legitimate claims of third parties against the foundation and fulfill the foundation's purpose.
