Mission
(1) The foundation's general purpose is to support and promote medical research, especially cancer research, as well as to support and promote cultural purposes, especially classical music. (2) The activities mentioned can also be carried out by or with the help of other associations, societies, foundations, organizations and institutions, provided that they pursue a charitable, charitable or non-profit purpose. (3) Purpose is pursued in particular through the distribution of assets and income or the granting of other economic advantages to specific or identifiable natural or legal persons, institutions or other legal figures of any kind with their own legal personality. (4) The details of the privileges in accordance with the above description of the purpose can be regulated in more detail by the Board of Trustees in by-laws. (5) The purpose of the foundation is entirely non-profit and charitable. (6) The purpose of the foundation is also the administration and investment of the foundation's assets. Within the scope of the purpose, the acquisition and management of real estate and the taking out of bank credits and other loans are possible. (7) In general, the Foundation can conclude all legal transactions that serve the pursuit and realization of its purpose. (8) The operation of a commercial type of business is excluded. (9) Participation in a commercial company is permitted as a secondary purpose, provided that the profit generated is used exclusively for the pursuit of the purpose in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article. (10) The Foundation does not pursue any economic activity within the meaning of the Liechtenstein Tax Act.
