The foundation promotes charitable, cultural, and social causes, institutions, and projects. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation may support existing public or private institutions, regardless of their organizational structure, financially or through active assistance (e.g., securing funding). It may also establish its own institutions or conduct time-limited projects within the scope of its purpose. The founders reserve the right to amend the foundation's purpose in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
