The foundation pursues exclusively charitable, cultural and charitable purposes.

It can promote education for the common good as a mediator of art and culture, also through the establishment and maintenance of museums and galleries. The foundation can organize and carry out, directly or indirectly, cultural, artistic or leisure activities of social interest, including the promotion of culture. For this purpose, activities in Italy are expressly included without limitation, in particular through global support for Italian design in general, but specifically in the field of fashion, as well as their collection, preservation and / or archiving, directly through the Foundation or indirectly through the support of Institutions and / or initiatives with this objective, venues or facilities with a focus on fashion are created, organized and carried out and / or the same is achieved through a digitized format that is (or not) accessible via the Internet. Funding and grants can be given directly or on the occasion of public or private ceremonies and the name of the foundation should be mentioned in a suitable manner, at the discretion of the foundation board. (ad 2 b) In the field of promoting and protecting health or saving lives, the foundation can provide assistance for the construction, improvement, equipping, renovation and operation of hospitals or medical care facilities in any country. The establishment of hospitals or medical care facilities, as well as the awarding of all donations to such facilities, requires that the name of the foundation is mentioned in the company name of the facilities mentioned or in another manner deemed appropriate by the board of trustees. The foundation can participate directly or indirectly in the provision of temporary accommodation and meals and similar activities aimed at meeting social and health-related needs (e.g. a rest home). (ad 2 c) In the field of promoting education, vocational training and studies, the foundation can award grants or prizes for school or professional training of students and young designers in the fields of fashion, design, graphics and photography. The scholarships or prizes bear the name of the foundation and may be awarded by resolution of the foundation board either directly or on the occasion of public or private ceremonies. You mention the name of the foundation in the most appropriate manner at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. (ad 2 d) In the area of support for people who need help due to youth, old age, illness, disability, financial distress or other disadvantages and / or the general prevention of poverty reduction, the foundation is entitled to distribute payments in the form of grants or donations to institutions or non-profit organizations that take care of those in need within the meaning of this definition. The Board of Trustees will ensure that the name of the foundation is mentioned in a suitable manner when allocating grants or donations. (ad 2 e) In the area of the promotion of environmental protection or the relief of the environment, the foundation can contribute to global projects for the preservation of the planet and support or establish initiatives with the aim of bridging the needs of the present without the possibilities of future generations affect. This means in particular the promotion of sustainable developments through the preservation of the environment and the careful use of resources as well as the promotion of sustainable means to achieve economic growth and regeneration. When allocating grants and supporting measures, the name of the foundation will be named in an appropriate manner at the discretion of the foundation board. (ad 2 f) In the field of animal welfare promotion, the foundation can contribute to projects that support (a) rescue homes / rehabilitation, (b) animal shelters, (c) animal clinics, (d) educational programs for animal welfare.

All services are provided regardless of race, gender, nationality, talent or religion and promote equality and diversity as well as understanding between people.

The Board of Trustees ensures that the name of the foundation is mentioned in an appropriate manner when donations or gifts are made.

In general, the foundation is not only entitled to develop its own activities within the scope of its objectives, but also to support any other non-profit or voluntary organization or activity that pursues a purpose identical to the foundation.

The foundation's support services can take place at any point in time at the discretion of the foundation board, which is also entitled to take all actions that serve to achieve the purpose of the foundation in the broadest sense.

The foundation is a non-profit organization and is not authorized to have commercial activities as its main activity. However, it may undertake all acts and all obligations, including those of a commercial nature, if these do not predominate and are within the framework of the applicable public law, and serve the purpose of the foundation.
