TREFFPUNKT PRIVATSTIFTUNG

The foundation was founded on January 18, 2018 by two Austrian companies and one natural person, with the aim of exclusively fulfilling charitable and benevolent purposes.

ACCORDING TO THE FOUNDATION DOCUMENT, THE FOUNDATION'S ACTIVITIES INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR:

• Financial support for children in need and, if necessary, their families, especially from countries of the European Union and, if necessary, their families who need urgent or life-saving medical help;
• the financial support of other needy people of all ages and, if necessary, their families, the urgent or
• need life-saving or life-enhancing medical assistance; financial support for young people in need from structurally weak regions of the EU with regard to education, in particular support for public educational institutions and scholarship agencies;
• the financial support of local authorities and other legal persons in the development and maintenance of intercultural meeting places;
• the financial support of other charitable organizations in Austria or in the European Economic Area such as hospices, old people's homes, children's homes, etc.
• the financial support of other non-profit organizations in Austria or in the European Economic Area to promote youth, art and / or science;
• the financial support and advancement of talented people in need so that their full potential can be reached in the field of sport, arts and / or science;
• to contribute the foundation's assets in whole or in part to sub-foundations.

THE FOUNDATION MAY SUPPORT THE BENEFICIARIES LISTED BELOW:

• needy children, especially from structurally weaker regions of the European Union;
• needy people of all ages in general; charitable organizations in Austria or in the European Economic Area;
• non-profit organizations in Austria or in the European Economic Area;
• talented needy people; Local authorities, universities and schools.
