THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) IN ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION DECIDE FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY, MAKING GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITIES BOTH REGISTERED WITH THE CHARITY COMMISSION FOR ENGLAND AND WALES AND CHARITIES EXCEPTED FROM REGISTRATION WITH THE CHARITY COMMISSION FOR ENGLAND AND WALES BY SECTION 30 CHARITIES ACT 2011 (AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED OR RE-ENACTED FROM TIME TO TIME).
