Social We take responsibility for society and support projects that open up new perspectives for people. These include the integration of people with disabilities and refugees, as well as partnerships with organizations such as the Swiss Food Bank.

Culture Culture creates encounters and inspires people. That's why we are committed to supporting cultural institutions and events like the Lucerne Festival, which connects people from all over the world through music.

Environment Sustainability is a core component of our corporate strategy. With over 2,000 solar panels on our campus, our EcoVadis Platinum rating, and our climate goal of "net zero by 2040," we are making a concrete contribution to a more sustainable future.

Education With over 300 apprentices in 12 different trades, Schindler Vocational Training is one of the largest training centers in Switzerland. Every year, we support young talents on their path to a successful professional future.
