Mission

The purpose of the foundation is to promote Tibetan culture, ethnicity, language, and community, particularly through the creation and operation of digital infrastructures or other technological solutions with various functions (utilities) that support the foundation's purpose. To the extent necessary for pursuing the foundation's purpose, the foundation's purpose, and especially the definition of the specific technology, will be interpreted in a technology-neutral manner to remain open to technological innovations.
