The company may enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the company's purpose or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. Furthermore, it may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in or merge with other companies. It may also acquire, encumber, and dispose of real estate.
