Mission

The IGV manages the Swiss Folk Culture Fund, endowed with CHF 100,000 annually, on behalf of the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia. The fund awards small and medium-sized grants upon application. Eligible projects are those from folk culture organizations in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. To be eligible for funding, projects must promote exchange between the various folk cultures and regions of Switzerland, the development of folk culture practices, or the professional development of folk culture practitioners.
