maintenance of the original breed of Grand-Saint-Bernard dogs: maintenance of the original “Grand St. Bernard” breeding and management of inheritance and patrimony; exhibition and presentation of dogs of the Grand-Saint-Bernard breed exclusively, at the Col, from mid-June to mid-October, dates of official opening and closing of the route du Col by the political authorities of Valais and Valle d'Aosta, as well as that all year round at Barryland - Saint-Bernard Museum and Dogs in Martigny; implementation of all means intended for the protection, promotion and sustainability of the Great Saint Bernard dog breed; operation of agricultural buildings; continuation of the “Barryland - Saint-Bernard Museum and Dogs” project; use of the Foundation's property for cultural purposes, where applicable by donation to other foundations with a cultural purpose; contribution, in general, to the cultural and tourist development of the District of Entremont and its region, of Martigny and its region and of Valais and to ensure the conservation and enhancement of objects linked to the history of dogs, the col and the Hospice du Grand-Saint-Bernard; offer a new role to the dogs of the "Grand St. Bernard" breeding thanks to the activities assisted by the Saint-Bernard (activities, pedagogy and therapy assisted by the animal), by visits to EMS, camps and activities for people in difficulty, individual therapies in a hospital environment, as well as any other social commitment; management of activities in the field of cultural mediation (Museum, temporary and permanent exhibitions, events) linked to the heritage of Barry du Grand-Saint-Bernard; possibility of creating subsidiaries, companies or associations in Switzerland or abroad in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the Foundation
