Büchi Unternehmensstiftung

The Büchi Group in Flawil, in particular Büchi Labortechnik AG and its subsidiaries, is to be further developed and, if possible, permanently maintained as an independent and autonomous company while upholding the company's purpose. The Foundation promotes an open and creative Büchi employee culture based on strong and lived values. It ensures that the BUCHI values, corporate principles, mission statement, employee participation and the partnership model, management guidelines, and core messages to our customers are reviewed from time to time and adapted in consultation with Büchi Holding AG. The Foundation also ensures the regular review and, if necessary, further development of the ownership strategy. The Foundation's income, unless it serves the immediate continued existence of the Foundation or is verifiably used for the realization of the aforementioned purposes, is used for charitable purposes. In this context, the Foundation's main purpose is to support humanitarian activities. It contributes financially to emergency aid projects aimed at immediate measures and/or meeting the basic needs of people in need. Furthermore, projects for the protection and promotion of human rights can be supported. The Foundation can also participate in the financing of initiatives and development projects that benefit disadvantaged people by helping them to help themselves. To fulfill this purpose, the Foundation cooperates in particular with the Büchi Foundation in Flawil, St. Gallen. It never carries out its own projects, but always works with third parties. Finally, after careful assessment, the Foundation can provide financial support to current and former employees of the Büchi Group who are in need.
