The foundation aims to promote the professional, work-related and social integration of people with mental and physical disabilities as well as the unemployed and jobless. To achieve the foundation's purpose, the foundation can invest in one or more legal entities and transfer its operational activities to these legal entities that pursue the same or a similar purpose as the foundation. The foundation can also operate work and housing facilities itself and support other institutions in these areas. It works closely with public and private institutions with the same or similar objectives. To achieve this purpose, the foundation can acquire real estate, construct buildings, rent, mortgage or sell.
