The purpose of the foundation is to run the Bern stages. The foundation can hold shares in other companies. As part of its purpose, the foundation is mainly active in the canton of Bern. The foundation has a charitable character and does not pursue any profit-making purposes. The foundation's profit and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose.
