Senesco Stiftung

(1) The foundation is exclusively and irrevocably non-profit. The foundation aims to promote non-profit and social institutions, with mainly, but not exclusively, the following purposes: (i) social, (ii) medical, (iii) promotion and support of young people in all areas, including schools and sports, (iv) development cooperation and human rights, (v) disaster relief and (vi) cultural. (2) The foundation board acts at its own discretion, both with regard to the beneficiaries and/or institutions and with regard to the scope of the benefit. The foundation board can, but is not required to, set guidelines in by-laws. (3) The foundation can generally conclude all legal transactions that serve the pursuit and realization of its purpose. (4) The operation of a business conducted in a commercial manner is excluded.
