(1) The foundation's purpose is generally to support and promote medical research, particularly in the area of respiratory diseases in children; to sponsor orphaned girls in India; to support disadvantaged people in Tyrol and especially South Tyrol; to support and promote institutions dedicated to animal welfare; and to support and promote the cultural sphere, particularly classical music.

(2) The aforementioned activities may also be carried out by or with the assistance of other associations, companies, foundations, organizations, and institutions, provided they pursue a charitable, benevolent, or non-profit purpose.

(3) The foundation's purpose is pursued in particular through the distribution of assets and income or the granting of other economic benefits to specific or identifiable natural or legal persons, institutions, or other legal entities of any kind with their own legal personality.

(4) The details of the benefits according to the above description of the foundation's purpose may be further specified by the foundation's board of directors in supplementary statutes.

(5) The purpose of the foundation is entirely charitable and benevolent.

(6) The purpose of the foundation is also the management and investment of the foundation's assets. Within the scope of this purpose, the acquisition and management of real estate and the taking out of bank loans and other loans are permitted.

(7) The foundation may generally enter into all legal transactions that serve the pursuit and realization of its purpose.

(8) The operation of a business conducted in a commercial manner is excluded.

(9) Participation in a commercial enterprise is permitted as a secondary purpose, provided that the profit generated is used exclusively for the pursuit of the purpose as defined in paragraph 1 of this article.

(10) The foundation does not engage in any economic activity within the meaning of the Liechtenstein Tax Act. New organizational structure: Foundation Board consisting of one or more members; auditors; protector (optional).
