In the spirit of the cooperative philosophy, LAVEBA aims to be a future-oriented, active economic force that creates needs-based benefits and thus increases the success of its reference and stakeholder groups (direct and indirect members, customers, employees, partners and the environment). LAVEBA aims, directly or indirectly through its members or its subsidiaries and majority or minority shareholding companies: to supply agriculture and other circles with means of production, consumer goods and services, including import and trade in mineral oil and energy products; to carry out trading, production and service activities aimed at refining and marketing products from plant and animal production; and to support local agriculture in the market-oriented production, processing and distribution of its products as well as in the provision of public services. LAVEBA can acquire, hold, exploit and sell real estate and intellectual property rights. It can establish, hold, manage, sell and finance subsidiaries or associated companies and branches and participate in other companies. LAVEBA can carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose and can also conduct all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the development of LAVEBA or its members and the achievement of LAVEBA's purpose.
