Mission

The purpose of the foundation is to jointly invest the funds from the second and third pillars brought in by the investors (in accordance with Art. 4 of the Articles of Association) in real estate; the management of the funds brought in and the investments made. The following investments are permitted: direct investments in real estate in Switzerland; indirect investments in real estate in Switzerland by means of collective investments under Swiss law. The foundation can form one or more independent investment groups.
