The company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad is to: manage collective investments for third parties or group companies; provide the following services: individual asset management; investment advice. The company represents and distributes collective investments to qualified investors in Switzerland. The company may carry out all transactions directly or indirectly related to this purpose and conclude all contracts relating to it, subject to the CISA. The company also has the purpose of holding, financing and managing any participation in any company of any form, both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the acquisition and sale of such participations, i.e. a holding activity, excluding any transaction prohibited by the Federal Law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad. The Company is entitled, in compliance with the rules applicable to financial guarantees, to carry out financing operations, to grant loans to third parties, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders of the Company and group companies, and to provide third parties with all kinds of securities for the commitments of these shareholders, including pledges, transfers of ownership as security, assignments as security and guarantees, also when these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of the direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies and have been granted free of charge.
